How can diesel generator manufacturers identify whether a diesel generator is a refurbished machine?
1、 The paint on the machine is a visual indicator of whether the machine has been refurbished or repainted; In general, the original paint on the machine is relatively uniform and shows no signs of oil flow, and it is clear and gives a very pure feeling.
2、 Labels, generally for machines that have not been refurbished, are affixed in place at once without feeling lifted, and all labels are not covered by paint. The wiring pipe, water tank cover, and oil cover are usually assembled and tested before arranging the control wiring pipe when assembling the generator set. If there are obvious black oil marks on the oil cover, it is suspected that the engine has been refurbished. The water tank cover is usually very clean when it is brand new, but if it is a used machine, the water tank cover usually has yellow marks.
3、 The engine oil, if it is a brand new diesel engine with new internal components, will not turn black even after a few runs. If it is a diesel engine that has been used for a period of time and has been changed to brand new oil, the oil will turn black after a few minutes of running.
